Cobham Aviation Services Australia was founded in 1989 by Cobham plc and launched its operations on July 1990. It initially established its scheduled flights to northern Australian tourist destinations on behalf of Australian Airlines. When Qantas Airways took over Australian Airlines, Cobahm was rebranded as a QantasLink carrier. Currently, it flies a fleet of 31 aircraft ferrying passengers to 24 destinations across Australia, including a number of domestic routes in its role as a QantasLink airline.
